Members of the reserach group SICon and Reciclos publish an article in the Journal of Building Engineering.
The article “Use of steel slag and LAS-based modifying admixture in obtaining highly eco-efficient precast concrete products” will be available in vol. 66, 2023, of the journal.
The authors are reserachers of the Departments of Civil Engineering of the Federal University of Viçosa and Federal University of Ouro Preto. Those are: Ana Carolina Pereira Martins, José Maria Franco de Carvalho, Matheus do Nascimento Duarte, Leonardo Gonçalves Pedroti, José Carlos Lopes Ribeiro, Ricardo André Fiorotti Peixoto
The work presents a study on improving the eco-efficiency of no-slump concrete for precast elements using Basic Oxygen Furnace Slag (BOFS).
