This work aims at the evaluation of physical, mechanical, and morphological properties of geopolymeric mortars produced from: metakaolin, metakaolin plus silica fume, and metakaolin plus red mud, in order to verify the effect of the waste on mechanical and microstructural behavior of the mortars. The influence of dosage factors and processing conditions, such as molar ratios and curing temperatures, was also investigated.
